Business Analyst in Upplabs

Our UPPLabs team is looking for **Business Analyst** on а long-term basis. UppLabs is a software development ‘flat company’ (https://upplabs.com/blog/building-flat-company-in-ukraine-how-to-be-an-it- business-owner/), a friendly team of professionals who value each team member’s opinion. We are represented in the US, Switzerland, Israel, and Ukraine. And now we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to multitask, to work with different international projects. **Responsibilities:** \- Requirement gathering from potential clients and existing ones; \- Wireframes creation and defining the scope of work for the development team; \- Knowledge transfer to developers, helping them to estimate scopes of works; \- Research, competitors analysis in order to offer our clients the best features to develop; \- Software documentation preparation; \- Control the progress of work of the development team and communicate with the client to understand his needs during the development; \- Platform acceptance testing; **Requirements:** \- 2+ years of experience in business analysis in IT; \- Experience in using management tools \- Experience in wireframing, writing Agile requirements; \- Knowledge of project estimation methods and practices; \- English - at least Upper-Intermediate level is a must; \- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. **We offer:** \- Competitive salary and regular review of the salary, \- Possibility to work remotely, \- State holidays, \- 20 paid vacation days, \- 10 paid sick days, \- Friendly team and enjoyable working environment, \- Flexible work schedule, \- Accountant support, \- Necessary equipment for work, \- Compensation of English lessons 100%, \- Compensation for training, \- Quarterly event.
