Ich bin ein Informatikingenieur mit mehr als fünf Jahren Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklungsbranche und konzentriere mich stark auf die Qualität des Endprodukts. Ich bin auf die Validierung und Verifizierung von CMMI Dev 2.0-Prozessbereichen spezialisiert und habe Freude daran, Strategien zu entwerfen, um die Qualität (QA) des Endprodukts sicherzustellen. Zu diesem Zweck personalisiere ich lieber jedes Projekt mit den Best Practices der Branche für agile Softwaremethoden (hauptsächlich SCRUM) und deren Artefakte und führe ISTQB-zertifizierte Techniken zum Testen aus.
Zu meinen Fähigkeiten gehört auch die Verhandlung technischer Projekte und die Befähigung von Teams (von 3 bis 12) durch praktische Workshops und Konferenzen. Ich habe mit mehr als 70 Kunden zusammengearbeitet und Ressourcen, Aufgaben und Zeitpläne verwaltet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich keinen „Entwickler“-Hintergrund habe. Obwohl ich mit Programmiersprachen wie Java und Automatisierungstesttools (zum Beispiel Selenium WebDriver und Postman) verwandt bin, bin ich nicht die Frau hinter dem Code. Ich bin eher derjenige, der festlegt, was entwickelt und getestet wird, wie es am Ende genau aussehen soll und was zur Durchführung des Projekts benötigt wird (es besteht auch eine erhebliche Chance, dass ich sogar die zu überprüfende Kontrollstrategie entwerfe). Jede Aktivität kann als Pluspunkt betrachtet werden.
Sie werden überrascht sein, dass ich auch Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Prozessverbesserung, SEO, Business Intelligence (BI) und Geschäftsprozessanalyseaufgaben habe, um nur einige zu nennen. Schließlich bin ich eher ein Denker, der das Ganze im Blick hat, als dass er sich auf das Detail konzentriert.
Ich arbeite gerne in einer Umgebung, in der sich alle Teammitglieder gerne äußern können, Neugier erlaubt ist und das Stellen von Fragen immer willkommen ist. • Reduced the number of critical defects in websites, Android, and .NET applications by 30% by directing and monitoring experience-based Dynamic testing.

• Enlarged the signing of 12 new software application sales contracts by conducting 5 business and technical studies with an SEO approach using marketing tools like Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Performed 6 static testing inspections identifying critical defects using a mixed approach of perspective-based, role-based, and checklist-based techniques in 1 Videogame, 1 Linux-based OS, and 1 Drupal website.
