Seit über 5 Jahren fundierte Erfahrung im gesamten Auswahlprozess in der IT, HR-/Recruiting-Manager.
Ich habe über 300 Menschen dabei geholfen, ihren Traumjob in technischen und nichttechnischen Positionen zu finden. Mit Hilfe von Executive Search und Headhunting kann ich vielfältige Fachkräftesuchen durchführen und auf allen Ebenen TOP-Positionen im Unternehmen erfolgreich besetzen. Ich war für alle Aktivitäten des einstellenden Unternehmens verantwortlich und habe aktiv interne Systeme zur Verbesserung der Prozesse erstellt. Insbesondere leitete ich die Einführung des Personalmanagementsystems, beherrschte Pre-Onboarding- und Onboarding-Prozesse, nahm an regenerativen Geschäftssitzungen teil und verbesserte Rekrutierungsprotokolle.
