Ich habe etwa fünf Jahre lang im Marketing gearbeitet, angefangen als Marketing-PM in einer Marketingagentur mit einem Team von fünf Leuten (PPC, SEO, Content).
Ich arbeite seit fast 4 Jahren im Kryptobereich und habe dabei Produkt- und Marketingmanagement in Einklang gebracht.
Das Unternehmen hatte eine Art Startup-Stil, ich war also ein All-in-One-Manager, der verschiedene Aufgaben erledigte.
Dadurch wurde mir klar, dass ich in Richtung Produktmanagement wechseln wollte.
In meinem letzten Job habe ich an der Entwicklung und Einführung des B2B-Analyseprodukts auf Basis von PowerBI mitgearbeitet. Meine Hauptaufgaben waren Marktforschung (Benutzer, Wettbewerber, Marketing), die Entwicklung von GTM, die Zusammenarbeit mit SDR an Messaging, ICP und Value Props usw. sowie die Verbesserung unseres Produkts auf der Grundlage von Kundeninterviews.

3. Launched the team education process (crypto theme);
4. Created B2B marketing services as an additional revenue channel, managed operations growing +10% monthly until the team converted to a separate department.

4) Created blog prototype and requirements, and supported the dev team until release. Grew blog traffic from 0 to 7K visitors per month for 6 months due to content strategy and SEO optimization;
5) Improved KYC process flow to ease its passing for platform users.
