I assist program managers (5 persons in Ukraine, Russia, Romania) and delivery director in: - project status tracking - preparation of monthly invoices - business forecasts analysis, - bill procedure support - communication with key customers and clients - status reporting and follow up - management meeting organization, meeting minutes, ad hoc report development - SLA metrics gathering and analysis - daily communication with Luxoft different departments - financial, HR, PR, invoicing, analytics, law - concerning the development of existing accounts and new businesses. - help to start new R&D center in Ukraine (team of 7 members) - new team members on boarding process (documents preparation, onboard into etc) - help with client equipment shipment to Ukraine - project status tracking - customer relationship management - communication management, people management activities - preparation of monthly invoices - costs review and analysis Skills Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Team management, Communication, Risk management, project planning, English, SDLC
