Junior Project Manager Join To IT (Full-time) Mar 2021 – Present simultaneous leading of 5-6 projects, at different stages (prototyping, requirements creation, task development).
The maximum number of projects I've been on as a manager is 10 (Including outstaff projects where I was the account manager);
\- Managed a team of 6 people;
\- planning and ensuring the scope of tasks for developers per sprint;
\- daily organization of project processes;
\- preparation and maintenance of project documentation (Requirements);
\- analysis of requirements with the customer;
\- creation of wireframes;
\- interaction with designers;
\- provide the customer with reports on the progress of the project;
\- managing daily projects updates and tasks re-prioritization within the current team availability;
\- communication with the customer, stand-ups and status meetings with the team;
