Key skills: - development and implementation of a general email marketing strategy for online stores, info-business, business services, gaming industry, financial markets; - analytics and analysis of the work progress; - development, connection and testing of a series of trigger mailings; - collection, maintenance of the subscribers base: segmentation, verification and cleaning of the subscribers base; - experience in managing a team of designers, specialists in layout (front end dev team), development, copywriting, smm and email marketing specialists; - basic HTML skills; - work experience in several ESPs (Customer.io, Marketo, Bronto, Iterrable, Esputnik, Unisender, Sendgrid, Sendpulse), as well as in self-written CRM systems sharpened for ESP. Additional skills: - experience in conducting several projects at the same time; - direct reporting to owners, scheduled and on-demand; - employee training and supervision; - experience as a sales manager B2B, B2C (2009-2015) in the field of services and digital marketing; - confident user of MS Office, Photoshop, Windows, Android, MacOS, IOS, Jira, Asana, PlanFix, Bitrix24.
