· Entering claim information based on medical documentation and submitting claims
· Following up with insurance representatives to obtain claim status
· Dealing with unpaid or rejected claims
· Post and review payments received
· Making refund decisions based on customers’ inquiries and internal policies
· Verifying the information posted by calling and communicating with other departments
· Providing support to end users through a ticketing system on a variety of issues including, but not limited to product access, terms of service, and refund policy
· Contacting customers via phone and email to determine how satisfied they are with the product
· Providing basic technical support via chats of customers’ access to the products (Shopify apps)
· Inspecting client websites for proper script installation
· Diagnostics of consumer debugs with following reporting to the responsible department
· Consulting clients on the terms of services
