Chief Marketing Officer, CMO - 24450

My main responsibilities:

- Developing the global marketing strategy from scratch, a unique selling proposition and positioning, creating a customer journey map, developing ICPs, etc.;

- Rebranding the company following the new marketing strategy, including changing the name and developing the corporate identity;

- Developing brand;

- Mapping out and implementing marketing strategies;

- Planning and implementing outbound and inbound marketing;

- Overseeing market research, conducting marketing audit;

- Guiding marketing activities across various channels;

- Building the efficient lead generation, sales and marketing processes;

- Setting up marketing automation, testing marketing tools, dealing with HR and management tools, AI platforms, CRMs;

- Launching global campaigns;

- Organizing email-marketing;

- Dealing with B2B listings and reviews, building clients’ feedback system;

- Dealing with SMM and video marketing;

- Developing and constantly improving website;

- Dealing with SEO, blog, case making, guides developing, etc.;

- Planning and launching PR campaigns;

- Creating and updating company’s presentation materials, one pagers, etc.;

- Tracking analytics, preparing and providing reports;

- Communicating with contractors and coordinating the cross-functional teams.

● Conducting a few projects concurrently (5) as a marketing project manager;

● Communicating with clients;

● Setting and completing tasks, organizing team’s work;

● Contractors’ coordinating;

● Providing marketing services (SMM, PR, SEO, site administration, site design,

trademark design, content marketing, video marketing, photo sessions, arranging and

conducting events, brand development, and analytics);

● Keeping projects’ documentation;

● Preparing and providing monthly reports with КРІ analysis;

● Creating cases and texts for agencies;

● Conducting marketing process audits for companies;

● Mapping out marketing strategies and plans for clients;

● Marketing strategies realization.
