Strategy matrix formation, elements of matrix creation for strategic management

Analysis of main and auxiliary business processes, bottlenecks identification, automation processes, human factor minimization

- Selection of suitable solutions for business processes automation. Integration of services and software into corporate systems by security standards.

- Selection and purchase of the necessary equipment. Specifications analysis, tender holding, financial plan following, purchasing and maintaining stocks.

* Project duties

- Project management from collecting customer requirements to the delivery of the release version of the product.

- Performers/developers selections, teams, budget calculation, terms, conditions of implementation.

- Preparation of assignments for development, approval of UI layouts, coordination with the developer of business logic.

- Participation in the formation of the application architecture

- Conducting scrum sprints with an agile approach and cycles

Restructuring of software products and identifying weaknesses in production with subsequent elimination.
