We handle complex escalations, tasks and analysis, and focus on providing high-most quality, accuracy and speed.If you are looking for an interesting product and enjoy being challenged – this is the place for you!Requirements:At least 3 years experience as a Tier 3 Engineer or a similar position.Ability to troubleshoot in a large-scale environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to read code (no writing needed).Experience with databases, especially MongoDB.Experience with REST API.Experience with SaaS systems.Excellent people skills.Fluent English.Responsibilities:Responsible for escalating technical issues that could not be resolved by CX, to Product Assessment and/or Software Development.Working alongside our R&D teams to analyze and address complex Product malfunctions.Be the technical focal point to our customer facing teams and develop tools that will assist you in your work.Work in a high pressure, dynamic environment that is growing and changing often.We offerPeople: The new team is just being built.
