In this role, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for both testing and administrating Salesforce to maintain its optimal functionality and support our business processes.How You Will Make an Impact:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce functionality, configurations, and customizationsConduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects or inconsistenciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, resolve issues, and align with business needsDocument test results, track defects, and communicate testing progress to stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologiesWork with Salesforce for bug-fixing tasks and system improvementsWhat You Bring to the Team At least 3 years of Manual QA ExperienceExtended experience as a Salesforce QA SpecialistBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldSolid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and executionAbility to develop comprehensive test cases and scriptsIn-depth understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and limitationsNow, it would be fantastic if YouHave strong analytical skills, a detпоганий підхід до забезпечення якості та практичний досвід адміністрування Salesforce.
