The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies.We are currently looking for a responsible and highly motivated Project Coordinator who will be involved in the company’s day-to-day operations activities in its renewable energy projects (wind, solar, biomethane) in the development, construction and operation phases.Main Responsibilities:Create and manage project plans, including budget and timelineFacilitate and document internal and external project development meetingsMonitor the execution of project development tasks, providing regular reports on progressMaintain an organized project library, actively managing document flow and recording the status of all project documentsEnsure the timely approval of agreements and oversee the invoicing process in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersCoordinate efforts between engineering and land management teams to optimize design and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsArrange procurement processes, including the selection of contractors for development services and participation in contract negotiationsServe as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all participantsQualifications and professional experience:2-5 years’ work experience in the implementation of energy or infrastructure projectsFluency in Ukrainian and EnglishExcellent Microsoft Office skillsPersonal qualities:Energy Transition EnthusiastProactivenessAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills, analytical and systems mindsetWe offer:Competitive salary and official employmentOpportunity for career growth in an international renewable energy companyBeing a part of Ukraine’s energy transitionWorkplace in a modern office in KyivIf you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy projects, please send your CV to [email protected] with the topic "Project Coordinator / Project Manager" and our Recruiters will provide you with more detailed information about the offer.
