We're looking for a motivated and results-focused Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Business Development Team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies, engage potential clients, address sales objections, and guide leads through the pipeline.Requirements:1+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development in the IT outsourcing industryStrong written communication skills (required), verbal communication a plusAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level)Experience with business correspondence and LinkedIn outreachHands-on experience with lead generation tools like Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, etc.Basic knowledge of Excel and IT market trendsProven ability to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build targeted lead databasesProficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to generate reports and track campaign effectivenessA self-driven, resilient attitude with a willingness to experiment and refine strategiesPractical experience with email outreach and automation services. Responsibilities:Design and manage workflows with tools like Snov.io, Apollo, and Reply.ioIdentify leads via LinkedIn and other online platformsConduct company research and analyze job descriptions to qualify leadsPerform data research and enrichment to improve outreach resultsCraft and send LinkedIn/email messages to engage and qualify leadsRepresent the company professionally through well-crafted correspondenceMaintain engagement with leads through regular follow-upsSchedule introductory calls for Sales Executives and prepare detailed meeting notesEnsure CRM data accuracy and manage tool integrationsAddress issues with lead generation tools and processes
