Project Description: Our customer is looking for a developer with strong problem determination skills to help diagnose and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity for Customer Support team. This will include helping with onboarding tasks and remediating issues for current customers. You will work directly with both the Engineering and Customer Support team to deliver “white glove service” to prospective and current customers.

Responsibilities: — Create value-oriented and data-driven B2B marketing content (service pages, blog posts, sales articles, and so on); — Research new themes for the blog; — Create a content plan with the goal of increasing traffic and conversions; — Gather and analyse technical information from various sources; — Cooperate closely with the SEO agency to meet the expectations of each technical task.
