Terms of Use for JOBITT's Outstaffing Services

1. Introduction: These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the JOBITT Outstaffing Services, provided by EYESE CODITT LTD ("we," "us," "our"). By using these services, any company ("you," "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Outstaffing Services: You may use our Outstaffing services to place your candidates on our platform. The Outstaffing service package is priced at $49. Upon a successful hiring transaction through our platform, we charge a commission:

• For full-time employment: 30% of the candidate's first full month's salary.
• For outsourcing or freelance projects: 10% of the total project fee.

3. Payment Terms: The $49 package fee is due upon the initiation of the Outstaffing service. The commission is payable within one month following the successful hiring of a candidate or the conclusion of a freelance or outsourcing project contract.

4. Candidate Posting Policy: You are permitted to post candidates with an outstaff tag on our platform. Unauthorized posting of candidates or misrepresentation of employment terms is prohibited and may result in a ban from our services.

5. Confidentiality: We will treat all information related to your company and candidates as confidential, not disclosing it to third parties without your prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to our services are owned by us. Your use of our intellectual property requires our prior written consent.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and your access to our services at our discretion. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use our services.

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel and will be construed accordingly.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, under the rules of the Israeli Arbitration Association.

11. Amendments to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms, with notice to you. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our Outstaffing services.

13. Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change service pricing, providing a month's notice before changes take effect. Continued use after pricing changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing.
