Senior Tech Lead – Java, Microservices

As Java Tech Lead in our team, you will be involved in the design, development, and code reviews, and ensure proper implementation of design is done by developers. Using the Agile methodology, you will work with Product and Engineering in the development of features for new and existing products and will interface with your team daily to offer guidance and support on industry best practices.

Having hardcore java experience, AWS, and work on java microservices

Fulfill all company requirements on time

Ability to work with and communicate effectively with third-party vendors as well as internal teams

Job Responsibilities:

Senior Tech Lead – Java, Microservices

As Java Tech Lead in our team, you will be involved in the design, development, and code reviews, and ensure proper implementation of the design is done by developers. Using the Agile methodology, you will work with Product and Engineering in the development of features for new and existing products and will interface with your team daily to offer guidance and support on industry best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a small team of 4-6 developers as Technical Lead

Code review to ensure the business requirements and technical designs are correctly implemented by the developer
Work closely with Architect, provide inputs in technical designs/solutions
Do hands-on coding of sprint stories
Perform technical POCs, and support other team members on technical POCs
Document, development, maintenance, and delivery of technical platforms for several business applications spanning veterinary customers, pharmacy, warehouse/supply chain, and customer service
Create working software based on an understanding of business and technical priorities
Becomes a Subject Matter Expert in the domains assigned
Contribute to the adoption of development best practices and new technologies
Always have the best interest of the customer (internal and external) in mind
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with third-party vendors as well as internal teams
