We are looking for a seasoned Python developer for setting up and maintaining Elastic Search (or Cassandra) on bare metal clusters and its further migration to AWS.
We are looking for a seasoned Python developer for setting up and maintaining Elastic Search (or Cassandra) on bare metal clusters and its further migration to AWS.Flexible working hours, full remote.The customer has one of the biggest Cassandra and Elastic set up fully covered by automation (clusters creation, backup, etc) on python and has ambitious plans to enhance this automation.Experience in Elastic Search/Cassandra (or no-SQL DB) Migration in AWS (other clouds) is a big plus as well as the client initiated a mega-project to migrate infrastructure to AWS.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python development
- Initial infrastructure deployment/DevOps experience
- Solid understanding and experience with service-oriented and microservice architectures
- Experience with distributed systems design
- Good communication skills, ability to drive architecture and requirements discussions
- Good spoken and written English level
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS
- Apache Elastic Search or(/and) Cassandra DB
- Experience with Amazon OpenSearch
- SRE experience
