Sales Development Representative
Ergonized Limited is looking for a skilled Sales Representative. This position reports to our CMO. We are looking for a sales representative who has a proven track record of generating sales. Your responsibility: \- Process incoming leads | Prospecting | Qualification | Prioritisation | Identifying Decision Makers | Overcoming Objections | Closing \- Follow Up Activities \- Gathering Requirements | Define clients needs \- Document Sales Activities in our CRM (Salesforce) \- Estimation | Working with our team \- Generating Proposals \- Conduct Meetings \- Closing Sales with our Account Executive | Up Sale \- Prepare weekly reports \- Establish long-term relationships with potential clients \- Conduct meetings at a convenient for clients time. Our clients are from the US, UK, AU Requirements: \- Work experience from 2 years as SDR \- Excellent communicator in English B2/C1 (written and spoken) \- Excellent writing and communication skills \- Ideally, this person has a strong sales background in IT and consultative sales style \- Understanding of the sales process \- Result-oriented Nice to have: \- Business analysis experience We offer: \- Outstanding projects \- A well-coordinated team of professionals
