Sales account manager w BramblingTech

Responsibilities:

·   Support and development of existing clients;

·   Provision of services and fulfillment of the terms of contracts;

·   Maintaining good relations with clients;

·   Additional sales / search for partners;

·   Attraction of new clients;

·   Holding presentations and business negotiations;

·   Development and implementation of customer loyalty programs;

·   Document management for projects;

·   Collection of receivables;

·   Analysis of competitors' activities.

Requirements:

·     At least 1 year experience in customer service (or sales)

·     Competent written and oral speech;

·     Good knowledge of PC;

·     Positive customer feedback;

·     Level of English- Upper intermediate;

·     Experience in IT would be a plus.
