As the Automotive team in Szczecin, we arelooking for an experienced and ambitiousmanager who is readyto take projects under control and be responsible forthe successful delivery on time within budget and scope.A successful candidate should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis, as well as be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector
• Understanding of software development, validation and project life cycle
• Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
• Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
• Responsibility and independence in decision-making
• Presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills for building good relationships with the team
• Skills of analytical thinking and problem solving
• Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
• Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
• Good English knowledge (spoken and written)

• Analysis of a client’s business requirements
