Project Manager w LITSLINK

Requirements:

 • At least 3 years of Project Management experience in software development. Experience in the outsourcing company will be a plus.

 • Good track records at leading projects: having a portfolio of successfully released projects from the beginning to the end

 • Understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

 • Experience with Jira (managing tasks and time logging);

Soft Skills:

 • Excellent soft skills and fluent English communication;

 • Multitask person with the ability to lead 3 or 4 projects at the same time

 • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;

 • Must demonstrate hardworking and disciplined character, exceptional customer service skills, the ability to accept constructive criticism, ability to build team motivation and to build consensus;
