What you have to deal with

- Working as a Scrum Master in a product development team, organizing and improving the efficiency of the scrum team work process;

- Training in the Scrum Framework, the introduction of a flexible approach to managing the product development team;

- Assistance to the product owner in working on the vision of the product, the formation and prioritization of the backlog;

- Organization of transparency of the work process of the Scrum team;

- Assistance in resolving difficult or conflict situations within the team;

- Meeting facilitation;

- Working within the organization, implementing agile approaches to managing the organization.

What we expect from you

- The presence of a certificate from Scrum Alliance Certification or PSM1, or any other certificate that confirms your knowledge;

- Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum values, roles, events and artifacts;

- Real work experience as a Scrum Master in one or more teams from 1 year;

- Experience in effective communication both within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders;

- Knowledge and understanding of the main product practices: story mapping, impact mapping;

- Practical experience of working with the product owner in backlog management;

- Ability and desire to convey their ideas;

- Practical skills in facilitating groups of up to 15 people;

- English level Upper-Intermediate, Advanced.

Will be a plus

- Technical education;

- Certificates from scrumorg, scrumalliance, etc.;

- Experience in organizing and conducting Scrum and Kanban trainings.
