— Proficiency with Python (2+ years); 

— Experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) 

— Strong understanding of modern UX/UI approaches; 

— Communication skills, willingness to communicate with stakeholders directly; 

— Working English written and verbal skills; 

— Strong understanding of all processes and principles of enterprise-grade web development, deployment, maintenance, security, and compliance to international data processing standards; 

— Analytical and creative mindset; 

— Ability to work in a dynamic and unpredictable environment; 

— Ability to study very fast on the intersection of finance, biotech, information technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing;

Duties 

— Develop, deploy and maintain high-quality web application on time and on budget 

— Communication with internal stakeholders; 

— Identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery is on time; 

— Initiate, lead and participate in the continuous improvement process. 

— Take part in planning implementation of new features, advising regarding project development and UI/UX. Active participation in brainstorming sessions. 

— Follow internal management procedures and take a part in high-level project goals investigation 

— Help improving development processes, web development practices and habits
