Where we go: We are looking to work only with Magento Commerce (Enterprise). Using various and pretty advanced technology stack. So,e examples: Magento Commerce + AEM + REACT (PWA) Magento commerce + REACT PWA Magento Commerce + VueStorefront (PWA) Usually, we have many different integrations (including through the Middleware: Rabbit, Kafka) Middle+/Senior developers usually do not work with support tasks. They mostly focus on new development, customization, and integrations. Our workflow process: • In most cases, we use Agile-based methodology • Our management tools: JIRA, Trello. Upon require we can send you our detail • Communication channels: Slack, E-mail, Skype (Seldom) • GIT repo: GitLab, and sometimes: GitHub, BitBucket (upon client’s request) • Technical workflow documentation which very detail describe • Team structure: PM, Team Lead, Back End developers, Front End developers. We never give Front End tasks to Back end devs and Back End tasks to Front End Developers. Usually, it works only with existing projects. If we take a new project for support we are executing the audit first, so the team understand there “Real picture” • Fixed-price projects.
