Необходимые навыки • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment; • Experience in communication with Hiring Managers and customers; • Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions; • Understanding of full cycle recruitment; • Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level; • Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies; • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; • Analytic thinking and good negotiation skills; • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
