We are expanding fast and need someone who is quick on their feet and a proactive team member as an addition to our HR team.

Responsibilities/What you will do:

- Handle the full recruitment procedure/cycle

- Support candidates at all stages of the interview process

- Work closely and collaborate with hiring managers

- Maintenance of recruitment database in ATS

- Generate creative ideas and implement them

- Use traditional and innovative resources to identify and attract A-level candidates

- Always at the ready with an ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to the businesses needs

Requirements/Who you are:

- Great analytical skills and attention to detail

- In-depth knowledge of various recruiting tools

- Interacting with professionals on niche platforms

- Naturally proactive with a high level of energy and initiative

- A great team member and partner on projects

- Intermediate English

- Adaptable and flexible
