Backend Lead(Node.js) w Wizer

Description

You will lead a backend team in developing a microservice-based architecture for a cybersecurity product. You will collaborate with other engineering, QA, support and other teams in order to build a secure, highly performant, scalable product for our customers. You will be responsible for a technical backend roadmap, architecture decisions and your team success.

Requirements

● Expert with NodeJS (ExpressJS and NextJS)

● Expert with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases

● Solid experience of TypeScript and Unit Tests

● Perfect knowledge of web services and REST API

● Solid knowledge of design patterns and algorithms

● Leadership and mentoring skills

● Upper Intermediate spoken English

Responsibilities

● Lead a backend team to develop, improve and scale backend architecture

● Design and develop secure, clean, and efficient code

● Help in hiring new members in your team and mentor them

● Collaborate with different teams to build a great product for our customers

Nice to have

● Experience with Cloud services (preferably GCP): Storage, SQL, IAM, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Scheduler

● Experience with microservices and containers

● Secure App Development (OWASP10, Encryption, Backups, Hardening)

● Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JS, React
