Moja historia sięga czasów studiów licencjackich, kiedy zdobywałem tytuł licencjata w dziedzinie informatyki. Wtedy po raz pierwszy zetknąłem się z koncepcją interakcji człowiek-komputer, co zasiało ziarno mojej fascynacji UXD. Ucząc się technicznych umiejętności związanych z rozwojem produktu, zainteresowało mnie podstawowe pytanie: dlaczego. Kierowany wrodzoną ciekawością, zdałem sobie sprawę, że zanim zgłębię temat „jak” budować produkty, trzeba najpierw zrozumieć dlaczego – istotę ich powstania. Zadając sobie pytanie, dlaczego kodujemy określony produkt, możemy zagłębić się w projekt produktu, na przykład dlaczego produkt został zaprojektowany w określony sposób i dla kogo był przeznaczony. To odkrycie wywołało we mnie przemianę, kształtując moje podejście do projektowania jako czegoś więcej niż tylko tworzenia interfejsów, ale jako środka do rozwiązywania problemów w świecie rzeczywistym.
Teaching English Grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, and speaking skills as well as vocabulary in various topics (business, technology, law, finance, marketing, IELTS exam preparation, etc.) to students worldwide.
- Took ownership and full responsibility for research and design to design a website from scratch
- Prepared, actively participated and thoroughly evaluated interviews with C-level executives to create personas, storyboards, and hypothesis that allowed empathy with the users, identified their biggest pain points and generated insights based on which I could design solutions to the problems
- Based on the research done, designed solutions consisting of low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes that met the users’ wants and needs
- Communicated design solutions with the clients in time so the workflow did not get interrupted
- Showed up at the team meetings on time as well as listened carefully team member’s feedback
- Worked with audit professionals to help create trust and confidence in their financial reporting and internal control over financial reporting so the client was satisfied with our work results
- Interpreted the business growth, by providing assurance to clients and other stakeholders related to internal controls by analyzing the client’s database. My client was the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan.
- Worked mainly with the administrative department of the university responsible for the student database along with the organization and monitoring of the educational process
- Provided accurate, timely services for students, faculty, and staff
- Developed close working relationships with the Department of Student Affairs, the Office of Admissions, the Department of Academic Quality, Informational Technology, and the NU Library (NULITS) supporting the academic mission
- Implemented security policies to restrict unauthorized access to databases.
- Welcomed visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answered or referred inquiries
- Directed visitors by maintaining employee and department directories by giving the appropriate instructions
- Maintained security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, receiving incoming letters, sending outgoing letters, sorting the letters by their names in appropriate boxes, and ordering appropriate stationery for the department.
