• Leading the team of 12-15 people • Organization of work by Jira via Scrum, monitoring of tickets • Collecting the data of project from business analysis office • Communication with customers by lettering, calls, meetings • Monthly team reporting • Leading of product • Presenting of demos after stage delivery • Work within Agile Methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development • Primary focus on the development process and delivery process within the Scrum team • Ensuring the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Lead (micro service architecture) • Leading the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the Development Manager • Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning • Monitor individual employees’ performance • Provide leadership and guidance to team members regarding their performance level and career development • Keeps track of production milestones on development projects, helping to highlight risk • Works cross-functionally to ensure proper engineering and support for development projects • Coordinates with marketing/events/communication teams for promotional needs of projects • Organize project requirements, ensure action items are clear, assigned properly, and actionable • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features that improve customer experience • Delivers excellent customer service by promptly and knowledgeably responding to developers and the CEO • Serves as a general point of contact of projects to stakeholders • Maintains project databases & spreadsheets • Manage Q/A by delegating bugs to the appropriate person and developers/creators • Assists with research on tech and content Skills Project Management, Jira, Scrum, Team management, English, Kanban, People management, project planning, Confluence, Linkedin Highlights Керувала командою від 12-15 людей, працювала з мікросервісною архутектурою, досвід в Delivery Management, вільний рівень англійської мови Looking for Дружній колектив, цікаві проекти, можливість технічного росту
