I have more than 6 years of experience in international companies.
I have been working as a Project manager / Executive assistant of IT director for 1,5+ years.
I use to write manuals for Bitrix 24 users, set up goals for the IT team and monitoring their implementation, regular reports to the top management, make training for employees after implementing new features to Bitrix 24, QA and software testing, budget evaluation, and planning, create and handle corporate presentations, scheduling and handle the meetings via Google Meet.
I had been working as a Web/Graphic designer for 4 years.
I created logos and infographics.
Also, was assigned a Team Lead position while handling web design projects including transferring a ready-made site to another platform or creating sites from scratch (Tilda, Brandcast, Wordpress).
In addition, I have 4 years of experience in Client support and sales (education abroad), took part in negotiations as an interpreter.
I obtained a position of senior sales manager and made training for junior staff.
My responsibilities included communication with clients and define client's basic needs, following up (from the moment of the first application including warm calls till his departure abroad), junior staff training, defining the tasks of the team and monitoring the quality of the tasks by the staff, sales plan fulfillment and communication with the foreign partners personally and remotely (Canada, USA, Europe, New Zealand), filling out the application forms for submission to the Embassy, gathering all necessary documents, applying the client online (for Canada and Australia, the USA and Great Britain).
