· Partner’s remuneration calculation (Dealers, Distributors, local chains) according to billing system reports, documents turnover, and remuneration payments control
· Analysis of income and accrued remuneration, remuneration rates and tariff profitability, calculation of KPI implementation by sales division’s managers, sales channels profitability analysis
Negotiations with partners and customers (breach of agreements, drafting complaint letters, imposing fines).
