I have overall more than 4 years of experience in the field of account management, the last 1,5 years as an Account manager in a software development companies. Main responsibilities are: regular communication with clients,Identifying and resolving issues and problems of both clients and team members, upsale, invoicing and payment control, assisting the Project Team in project delivery processes, coordination of the work. Work with different types of projects (Dedicated team, Team Extension, T&M, Fix Price), participation in the recruitment process, operational activities (invoices, SOW, SLA etc.)
