PROJECT MANAGER 02/2019 - 08/2019 Delivered a project from initiation to clothing phase. Restructured way of working in company by including agile methods. Converted project documentation by adding DRM system (JIRA). 03/2020 - 10/2020 Centralized working process by incrementing Lean into developing process. Leaded 2 projects. Improved culture of working by auditing 1on1 meetings and solving communication problems inside team what was caused by quarantine. Revamped whole projects documents such as Project Plan, Stakeholder matrix etc. Boosted moral statement of team while they were on quarantine. Expedited development process by generation a lot of useful ideas for increasing team productivity. Expanded team state by taking responsibilities as recruiter. Generated business processes for company by taking BA responsibilities. For now, I look for opportunities in this sphere because I want to grow up as specialist, and I am really enjoying being PM.
