This role will support the COO/CEO in managing technical projects and operational issues, assisting with the development of our SynergiFactory™ business model, and facilitating various executive operations. The ideal candidate will be integral in ensuring the seamless execution of technical and administrative tasks, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Technical and Engineering Support:Assist the COO/CEO with technical and operational tasks.Read and interpret engineering drawings and create factory layouts.Assist in the preparation of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and cost calculations.Actively support the development and implementation of the SynergiFactory™ business model.Analyze, design, and optimize engineering and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Ensure that all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and continuous improvement strategies.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance and drive data-based decision-making.Provide technical support and training to the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Project Management:Coordinate and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and reporting.Monitor continuous improvement projects and prepare detailed project reports and updates.Operational Support:Assist in the preparation of potential customer visits and presentations.Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience working as an engineer, with an understanding of виробничі процеси.
