In this role, you will attract, onboard, and support startups throughout their fundraising campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include managing the startup pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of startups at various stages of their fundraising journey.Responsibilities:Attract startups by proactively working with key stakeholders in the defense tech ecosystem, including incubators, accelerators, and educational programs.Manage inbound startup requests and inquiries.Onboard new startups onto the BeFunders platform, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support.Support startups throughout their crowdfunding campaigns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Maintain and manage the startup pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of startups at different fundraising stages.Requirements:Proven experience in startup acquisition, onboarding, and support.Strong network within the tech ecosystem and related stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.Join us and be part of an innovative platform shaping the future of Defense Tech startups in Ukraine!
