In this role, you will collaborateclosely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging, intuitive, andvisually compelling mobile interfaces. You will drive the end-to-end design process—from conceptand wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes—while ensuring a consistent brand identity andoutstanding user journey.ResponsibilitiesUser-Centered Design: Apply a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to build mobile experiences that cater to the target audience’s needs and preferences.Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design solutions.Prototyping & Wireframing: Create low-fidelity sketches, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flaws.Visual Design: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language, style guide, and design system for mobile platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality aesthetics.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and QA—to translate technical requirements and business goals into intuitive UI/UX solutions.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests on new and existing features to gather feedback and refine designs, balancing user feedback with business objectives.Iterative Design: Leverage insights and analytics to iterate on designs, continually enhancing user satisfaction and application performance.Qualifications:Psychedelic Experience: A personal, verifiable experience with psychedelic practices is a mandatory requirement, as within the Megasapiens project, we explore unconventional approaches to perception and aim for a profound understanding of the psychological aspects of user interaction.Experience: 5+ years of professional experience designing high-quality UI/UX for mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).Portfolio: Demonstrated success in creating functional, intuitive, and visually appealing mobile app designs.Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma and others).Research Skills: Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating research findings into actionable design improvements.Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presentingефективно розробляти ідеї та будувати міцні стосунки з багатофункціональними командами.
