The ideal candidate should possess a technical background with 5-7 years of experience in production support and be ITIL certified. It is essential for the candidate to have a solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes. In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment leveraging their technical and non-technical skills.Responsibilities:• As a proactive member of the support team maintain the stability of the production environment, effectively managing incidents, problems and changes.• Promptly identify and resolve incidents and issues by applying exceptional problem-solving skills ensuring minimal disruption to operations.• Continuously enhance existing processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.• Work seamlessly within the agile environment, contributing to product and solution delivery for our esteemed business users.
