If you love tech, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know what makes a great designer and engineer, this role is for you. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process, work directly with innovative startups, and help shape the teams behind groundbreaking products.In this role you’ll be:Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through to the offer stage.Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance.Source top-tier design and engineering talent across the US and EU markets.Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.Maintain top-notch candidate and client experience.About you:3+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring in the US market.Strong understanding of the global startup market, emerging technologies.
