If you have ever used Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, you will do fine.A strong and error-free ability to conduct business correspondence is extremely necessary. At least 2 years of experience in any position that required written communication with people with an IQ above 100.Being able to calculate the sum or difference of two-digit numbers without a calculator. :)A proficient computer user who is married (or engaged) to a smartphone with high-speed internet. By the way, we'd be interested to know the speed at which files can “run” through the wires of your home internet.Salary: $900-$1350 (USD), depending on the interview and performanceWhat will you do?Make existing clients happy, so they chase us with money, begging for more of our services;NO NEED to look for new clients, only work with existing ones;Respond to client messages quickly and efficiently;Set tasks for video editors - also quickly and efficiently;Carefully check the quality of produced videos by video editors: subtitle errors, obvious visual bugs, and make sure the video you deliver to a customer has common sense for an average human-like inhabitant of planet Earth;Maintain feedback between clients and our internal teams to improve video editing processes throughout the entire cooperation cycle with our clients. Клієнт дає вам завдання (НЕ ПОТРІБНО шукати клієнтів); Розібравшись із деталями завдання та отримавши всі уточнення від клієнта, ви призначаєте дуже чітке завдання для відеоредактора або керівника відеоредактора (називається Team Lead); Отримавши відео від відеоредактора, ви надсилаєте цей шедевр клієнту та отримуєте оплату; Слухайте похвалу свого бездоганна робота від клієнтів, а потім передайте цю похвалу колегам у чатах; ви будете керувати 30-50 постійними клієнтами; стислі терміни, різниця в часі з Північною Америкою, хвороби, відпустки, лінь, неуважність, сопе хом’яка чи прищик на шиї коза вашого пра-пра-сусіда - наших клієнтів це не стосується.
