This is your chance to shape Kyiv’s digital future with your own hands.Responsibilities Develop and implement a product strategy for your service area (Big Data/Education/Geo services/Mobile Apps) Analyze the popularity and effectiveness of services for their further development. Define functional requirements, create, and maintain the product backlog. Develop your product team. Collaborate with development, design, and analytics teams to implement project tasks. Actively engage with multiple stakeholders representing various city infrastructure sectors. Monitor the market, competitors, and modern technologies to improve product functionality. Cooperate with other product teams to achieve a common mission.You are our ideal candidate if you have: A higher education degree (IT, technical specialties, project management, marketing). At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the IT field. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles. Experience in creating backlogs and writing User Stories. Strong analytical skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and the maturity to implement them. Teamwork skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.Additional advantages Experience in implementing services based on Big Data. English proficiency at B1 level or higher. A good understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and integrations. Experience working with government and municipal projects.
