Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth.Competitive Analysis: monitor competitor activities and evaluate the competitive landscape to adjust product strategy accordingly.Marketing Strategy: сollaborate with marketing departament in the creation of the marketing strategy and promotional materials to effectively position the product in the market.Sales Involvement: Actively participate in product sales, serving as the lead salesperson when necessary.Partnership & Negotiations: lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Cross-department Collaboration: work closely with various production and operational departments within the organization to ensure product goals are met.Budgeting: formulate, defend, and control the product’s budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
