The company was founded in 2020 and develops own online casinos and full circle marketing services for the IGaming industry.The main products - 2 brands (online casino)Main markets - Tier 1 (Australia, Canada, Germany, etc.)The team of the company consists up to 130 peopleProduct team - up to 20 (Team Lead PM, developers, QA , analysts, design development, SRM team etc.).Сonditions: Competitive salary, remote (Full-time), career and financial growth, paid vacation and sick leave and other goodies. Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/ Product Owner in the IT product company Must have proven experience in the iGaming niche (Online casino, igaming platforms etc.)Mandatory English proficiency level of at least Upper-Intermediate.Knowledge of all product stages from idea to launch and further support;Experience in using various methods of market research, competitor analysis and understanding the target audience;Understanding of methodology and having experience in conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of changes;Understanding of key development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and ability to prioritize tasks based on their financial impact on the projectAbility to plan a roadmap, prioritize solutions, and clearly formulate product requirements for the development team;Experience in calculating the Unit-economy;Experience with data tools: Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude.Experience with JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, і т.п.Responsibilities: Develop and improve tools to improve user acquisition, including data analysis to identify opportunities to increase activity Analyze the market, competitors, and user acquisition tools, including communication channels, promotion mechanisms, and various bonus programs;Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement through gamification and referral programs;Based on insights from data analysis, competitor analysis, and user research, build product hypotheses and launch experiments Expand and optimize bonus/promotional mechanisms aimed at retaining users and increasing their activity;Collaborate with designers and developers to build the optimal product solution;Collaborate with marketing, VIP sales, CRM teams throughout the entire product development cycle, ensuring priorities are aligned and resources are effectively allocated for overall success;Conduct planning, retrospectives, and participate in daily standups;Define and track KPIs to measure product success.We offer:Financial stability and competitive salary;20 working days of vacation and additional days before significant dates;7 days of sick leave without a doctor's certificate, with a certificate — without limit;Provision of working equipment; Compensation of co-working spaces during blackouts, provision of power banks;Work-life balance and flexible start of the working day from 9 to 11, remote format.
