If you're passionate about storytelling, detail-oriented, and driven to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!About the Role:You'll play a key role in building and maintaining our marketing materials, with a focus on taking ownership of each marketing initiative and ensuring it's implemented effectively. We value creativity and welcome all ideas that bring added value to our product—so don’t be shy about being enterprising!Initial Engagement:We’re starting with a part-time role, with the intention of increasing your involvement as we grow together. Your first task will be to drive creation of a series of video explainers for our VIZIBILITY application. We'll provide you with draft scripts and guide you through the features we want demonstrated. Once the first explainer video is polished, we’ll continue creating others to maintain a consistent style.Responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain our product presentations.•⁠ ⁠Format marketing documents for consistency and clarity.•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (both internal and external).•⁠ ⁠Manage our social media presence.•⁠ ⁠Update and manage content on our website.•⁠ ⁠Provide content support for offline and online events.What We Offer:Competitive and timely compensationA friendly, open-minded work environmentTransparent and regular feedbackTrust and respect for your ideas and decisions100% remote work with flexible working hoursRegular business trips.Skills and Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication, ideally within the financial or fintech sector.Ability to craft clear, compelling, and professional marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns. A knack for turning complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content. A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing projects from ideation to execution. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing marketing materials. Experience in managing social media channels and running email marketing campaigns.Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) for content updates.Ability to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.Willingness to learn about structured products and the financial industry to create relevant and impactful content.Fluent in English.Knowledge of French or Spanish will be a big plus!
