If you thrive on using strategic marketing methods to amplify recruitment initiatives, we encourage you to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and execute email campaigns, multi-channel promotional campaigns, referral campaigns, and events aligned with recruitment objectivesIdentify and partner with tools and vendors that align with our marketing goalsFormulate detailed requirements for the product team to boost marketing efficiency and improve candidate pre-screening processesUtilize internal recruitment tools to effectively segment candidates for streamlined recruitment processingCreate and manage automated email flows to pre-screen candidates according to company needsCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create appealing job descriptions and content that attract exceptional talent and enhance their experienceExplore and leverage AI-driven automation and optimization opportunities in recruitment marketingEngage with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define success metrics, and formulate KPIsServe as the intermediary among technical, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure effective AI integrationRequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, recruitment marketing, or employer brandingHigh proficiency in English, with superior writing and communication skills at a B2 level or aboveExperience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or PardotSkilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Knowledgeable in content marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertisingStrong writing capabilitiesAdept at data analysis using tools like Excel and Power BIComprehensive understanding of candidate personas, recruitment funnels, and employer branding strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional settingNice to haveExperience in implementing AI tools to improve recruitment and marketing processesAn eager interest in growing expertise within the AI fieldWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
