As Tech Lead, you will spearhead the development and management of innovative online shopping experiences, collaborating closely with design, development, and project management to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Oversee the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Magento solutions, ensuring rapid issue resolution and delivering exceptional, high-quality products.Continuously refine and optimize development processes by implementing scalable best practices, reducing task cycles, and driving technical skill growth across the team.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, act as the primary technical expert, and resolve complex challenges while ensuring a maintainable and scalable codebase.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions, timely delivery of tasks, and clear communication of technical progress and challenges.Champion a culture of technical excellence, agility, and lean principles, driving continuous improvement and fostering sustainable growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a technical leader, mentor, or in a similar position guiding development teams (e-commerce experience is a plus but not required).Extensive experience with Magento 2.x, including custom module development, theme customization, and API integrations.Strong understanding of Magento 2 architecture, data structures, and best practices, with the ability to guide the team in implementing scalable and efficient solutions that reduce time-to-market.In-depth knowledge of web scalability, page load time and caching strategies (CDN, Varnish, Redis).
