We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with a LinkedIn focus to join our innovative IT company.ISITLab specializes in developing software solutions for business process automation, cloud technology integration, and artificial intelligence.What you’ll do:🔸 Develop and implement LinkedIn-focused lead generation strategies.🔸 Actively identify and qualify potential clients on LinkedIn.🔸 Assist in creating and promoting engaging LinkedIn content (posts, articles, videos).🔸 Manage the company’s LinkedIn profile.🔸 Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads for targeting and lead acquisition.🔸 Build relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn.🔸 Analyze lead generation campaigns and prepare reports.🔸 Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.Who we’re looking for:🔸 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn-focused lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.🔸 Proven success in generating leads for B2B IT companies on LinkedIn.🔸 Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and platform specifics.🔸 Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.🔸 English level: B1 or higher (Intermediate).🔸 Ability to work both independently and in a team.Bonus skills:🔸 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).🔸 Familiarity with email marketing tools.🔸 Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.🔸 Ability to use other ways to find and attract leads.What we offer:🔸 Competitive salary.🔸 Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.🔸 A dynamic and supportive team environment.🔸 Comfortable office [or the flexibility of remote work].Ready to take the next step in your career?
