We offer various communication channels, two-factor authentication tools, and a number verification service with the highest security standards.We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a new position, so we seek an independent professional capable of developing outbound processes and taking ownership of sourcing and qualifying high-potential leads to fuel our sales pipeline.Your Responsibilities:Review and enhance our lead generation databases, ICP, and outreach channels to align with market trends and business objectives;Develop strategies for lead generation, from sourcing prospects in various platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, forums, Instagram, online/offline events, etc.), gathering their contacts to the creation of tailored scripts based on ICP;Conduct initial lead screening and segmentation to ensure alignment with business needs;Update all information in our CRM system;Process the outreach strategy and identify the most suitable tools to support its execution;Conduct market and audience analysis to identify emerging trends, niches, and potential client sectors;Track performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, channel effectiveness, and cost per lead;Cross-functional communication within the Marketing and Sales departments.Your Qualifications:4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, especially for tech or SaaS products; Geo: Global, especially Europe, LATAM;Ability to communicate with SEO and PPC specialists;Familiarity with CRM platforms, outreach automation tools, AI tools, and professional sourcing platforms;Understanding of marketing instruments and tools;A results-oriented mindset and data-driven approach;Analytical capabilities to assess lead quality and campaign performance.Why Join Us?Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and target audiences;Work remotely with flexible hours;Access to professional development and networking opportunities worldwide;Clear metrics for success and growth opportunities;24 days of paid vacation, plus Ukrainian public holidays;Other benefits.
