Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote/hibryde role for a Junior Project Manager at IdeaInYou. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics for various eCommerce projects. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality control.Responsibilities:Manage the team of developers, working on different projects.Be the relay of the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1×1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.); • Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems;Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling;Tracking project reporting, ensuring key performance indicators;Identify and manage project risks and flag major issues early;Communication with project stakeholders — business team and external partners.
