We are a recognized leader in strategic capacity building programs that combine technical expertise with flexible, locally driven solutions across the areas of CBRNE security and non-proliferation, global health, strategic trade controls, cybersecurity, innovation, and international professional exchanges.We are now seeking a Junior Analyst to support the project on security risk reduction, who will primarily be supporting the Senior Analyst with day-to-day tasks as well as providing analysis support, triangulating information and developing analytical products and reports.Junior Analyst will work closely with Security Field Assistants to gather information from primary and secondary sources, identify trends, and input into information products.This position is based in CRDF Global’s office in Kyiv, Ukraine.It is anticipated to be a two-years project with an opportunity to extend (up to 5 years).Key position requirements and qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in security analysis, assessment, and information management.At least 1 year of experience working in Ukraine on international development or humanitarian assistance programs.University degree or equivalent experience in the security sector or related field (e.g. risk management, international relations, etc.).Fluency in Ukrainian and English.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ukrainian residency is required.CRDF Global offers a competitive salary and benefits package.CRDF Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
